Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Electronic products are not eligible for return. 

 

Returns must have prior approval and made within 30 days of purchase. Call customer service or email orders@allegiancetrucks.com to return a part. Returns will be delivered by mail once return approval has been granted. The item must be in new, unopened condition for returns. 

After 30 days all sales are final.

 

No Returns on electrical parts, rubber parts, seals, gaskets, decals/stickers, or glass. 

 

Allegiance Snow & Ice reserves the right to charge a 25% restock/processing fee on returned parts. No refund on shipping charges. All bags, tags, labels or paperwork associated with the part(s) must be included with the return.

 

Orders cannot be canceled. Once an order is submitted we choose the warehouse that can complete your order and ship it from that location. This allows us to reduce shipping time and cost. When you receive it you must return it to our warehouse and once notified of the return package your account will be credited for the returned parts only, not shipping. 

 

Please confirm part numbers before you order them. Our staff is eager to help find the right part the first time if you have a concern please call us or use our live parts lookup via chat feature.  Manufacturers constantly supersede part numbers to new part numbers. Ordering incorrect part numbers is extremely costly and time consuming for both of us. If you do not have a valid model and serial number to your unit or your unit is not listed in our parts diagram lists Allegiance Snow & Ice is not responsible for incorrect parts ordered and all fees apply.

Shipping

We ship to the continental United States.

 

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside of our main Terms.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

What are the Shipping & Delivery Options

 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all items that are available in-store can be picked up at the store. When checking out, please select the click-and-collect option. When your order is ready, you will receive a notification indicating that it is complete and ready to be picked up at your designated location.

 

Shipping Fees

 

We offer discounted pre-negotiated rates which are available at checkout.

All items and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

 

For items that will require, or exceed 150lbs, please contact our live parts counter so that they can assist with completing your order and providing an accurate quote. Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the product has been packed and shipped.

 

Do you deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping.

 

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

To ensure same-day shipping, orders must be placed by 3 PM EST. Not all orders will qualify for same-day shipping.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday via USPS, FedEx, FedEx Smart Post, UPS, and UPS SurePost service unless another method is preferred. You must contact us if you want expedited shipping or additional services like signature confirmation.
